Birth Coaching
This is a one-on-one consultation session.
In-person or Virtual options.
We can cover:
- What your ideal birth is?
- How to prepare for that ideal birth?
- What classes are right for you?
- How to create a birth preference list?
- How to mentally prepare for labor?
- Developing a weekly schedule to prepare for labor.
- Will you benefit from a doula?
- How to create a newborn care plan?

$250 per 2-hour session

Birth Doula
Offering pregnancy, birth and postpartum support.
includes:
- 2 prenatal appointment
- 1 postpartum appointment
- 24/7 on-call birth support after 37 weeks
- Continuous birth doula support during active stage.

Lactation Support
This is a one-on-one consultation session.
In-person or Virtual Options.
Offer:
- Assistance with latch
- Proper positioning or techniques
- Support and education on breastfeeding
- Support and education on newborn care
- Basic breast assessment
- Refer to OB or IBCLC consultant as needed.
$150 per session
